I’ve lived a few lives already—and I’m still curious about what’s next.
I’m a former chef, teacher, and counselor who traded predictable routines for curiosity, creativity, and the open road. Along the way, I became a mom, learned how to juggle many roles at once, and discovered that reinvention isn’t just possible—it’s necessary.
As a proud Gen X’er, I grew up analog, adapted to digital, and now live somewhere in between. Today, I work and wander as a digital nomad, exploring the world one place, plate, and story at a time. Travel has shaped how I see people, cultures, and myself, and this blog is where I gather those experiences—along with lessons learned from kitchens, classrooms, counseling rooms, and everyday life.
This space is for reflection, resilience, curiosity, and honest conversations about growth, change, and what it means to live a full, intentional life—wherever in the world you happen to be.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
